He has a proven track record from restructuring, M&A, post-merger integration and commercial turn-around and development.
Erlend’s successful career spans from senior top management roles in Komplett Group, Arcus/Anora, Ringnes/Carlsberg and several media/communications companies, as well as management consulting at McKinsey & Co.
We are equally thrilled to welcome Marianne Romslo-Macarie as an Associated Partner at Recore. With an extensive career in restructuring, turnaround management and strategic development, Marianne brings important expertise and leadership experience to our team.
Marianne’s broad international career spans senior leadership roles at global companies such as Oakley, Nike and Orkla, as well as various non-executive director roles. She has a proven track record of driving substantial improvements in underperforming businesses and successfully guiding organizations through complex challenges.
