Five years ago, we entered a building in an industrial area outside of London with a task to answer the question: Does this company have a future?
We very soon concluded that the answer was: YES!
Santa Fe Relocation was a great company with great people and great customers – with the right strategy and actions, this company belongs as one of the global leaders in their industry.
So, we made a restructuring plan and seven months after first entering, we also took the operational leadership and ownership of the Santa Fe Relocation group with companies in 38 countries.
Some unplanned obstacles came along, like Covid, war in Ukraine, freight cost explosion, inflation, Red Sea and Suez Canal problems to mention a few.
But this great company made it through, stronger and better, and we have just concluded selling our shares to another leading actor in the global mobility industry, Mobilitas.
Now heading back to Norway and Recore Norway AS to find exciting new projects. I would like to thank all the great employees of Santa Fe Relocation, my partner throughout these years, Yann Blandy at Lazarus Industriförvaltning AB, and our always professional and supporting financier, P Capital Partners.
Looking forward to continue assisting Norwegian and international owners and lenders in turning around challenging situation and creating value through Board work, advisory or operational interim management.
